APPIA COMPACT, EFFICIENT AND... COMPACT
Inspired by the need to develop a machine that could offer features and benefits of a full size system but beeing able at the same time to fit in smaller spaces, the engineering team at Nuova Simonelli created the Appia Compact. IT MEASURES ONLY 21-1/4 INCHES (55cm) in width, but it is able to function in total safety while guaranteeing superior quality and performance.
THE APPIA COMPACT USER
Appia Compact is dedicated to barmans that pretend efficiency and high performance and that have a smaller space. Appia Compact grants a superior level of coffee extraction and a robust frothing for cappuccinos. The moment the barista engages this machine he automatically senses the level of performance which invariably enhances his production. The improved hydraulic system, developed from our continuing research, will ultimately affect the thermal stability of the group head to achieve the highest level of consistency cup after cup.
